Shari Geller to Co-host “Keep Flopping Aces”

by Lou on February 28, 2011

When I first began broadcasting Keep Flopping Aces, my weekly internet radio show, Amy Calistri was my co-host.  But Amy took a job (gulp) and I’ve been doing a solo show ever since.

But during the past year, Poker Player Newspaper columnist, attorney, poker player, and blogger Shari Geller has been a guest on my show more times than I can count.  And she’s always there with content, quips, contributions, and cogent observations about the poker scene.

So I invited her to become my co-host. And she will. Beginning this Thursday, March 3, Shari will be there full time, and the show will no longer be Keep Flopping Aces with Lou Krieger; it will be Keep Flopping aces with Lou Krieger and Shari Geller.

This Thursday we’ll chat about a number of interesting poker topics, including poker on TV, switching from online to live poker, and political efforts to license and regulate online poker in the USA.

The following Thursday, March 10, our special guest will be Mark Tenner, who finished second in the WSOP Omaha/8 event, and is regarded as one of the world’s best Omaha/8 players.  Mark will be talking about Mastering Omaha/8 Poker, the follow-up to our earlier book, Winning Omaha/8 Poker. If you’re an Omaha/8 player, the March 10 show is must listening.  Mark’s cruise ship seminars on Omaha/8 are next-to-legendary, and any every Omaha/8 player can expect to raise his or her game by listening to Mark.

Just go to www.roundersradio.com and listen live at 6 p.m. Pacific Time (9 p.m. Eastern) or download the show as a podcast for on-demand listening.
